IL SECCATOIO (sleeps 2+1)
“Cloud wine and wooden bread” or “spring water and chestnut polenta”: this was the food of the peasants who lived in Vezzano a century ago. For this reason the drying room, the place where chestnuts were left to dry before taking them to the mill, was as important as people’s homes. Today the drying room belonging to the Resi, an ancient family in Vezzano, has become a welcoming apartment for two people. The lathwork has been replaced by a wooden loft with a cozy bedroom. The location is completed by an equipped kitchen, a kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher, a living room with sofa and TV, a bathroom. The apartment also has a work by the wood artist Mario Landi. Equipped private garden.
